NOTE: It is essential that there be no students in the performance area during set-up and tear-down.
No one is permitted in the backstage area at any time.

NOTE: I can certainly set up, or tear down as the case may be, during that time. And I find that the custodians appreciate it if they know that ahead of time.

No. - That's okay. I can set up on the floor just as well.

NOTE: It is okay if there is no curtain, or if it dosen't work. But I must know now in order to help schedule, and plan for the possible need for extra equipment.
CRUCIAL NOTE: If the assemblies will be in the CAFETERIA, or combo with cafeteria, and SPANNING LUNCH PERIODS, it is essential that there be a curtain or room divider that can be closed during lunch, separating the assembly set-up from the lunch group.
